Die folgenden Richtwerte basieren auf der Gagentabelle KV-Ton 2025 des Filmton Austria — Verband der Filmtonschaffenden Österreichs. Sie dienen als unverbindliche Orientierungshilfe für Auftraggeber*innen und Auftragnehmer*innen. Die tatsächlichen Honorare hängen vom jeweiligen Projekt, Umfang und Vereinbarung ab. The following guidelines are based on the Rate Table KV Audio 2025 of Filmton Austria — Association of Film Sound Professionals Austria. They serve as a non-binding orientation guide for clients and contractors. Actual fees depend on the respective project, scope and agreement.

ErläuterungenExplanations
Wochengage 40h: Normalarbeitszeit (40 Stunden/Woche). SZ = Sonderzahlungen (13. und 14. Gehalt aliquot). UEL = Urlaubsersatzleistung für Urlaubsansprüche, die in einem befristeten Dienstverhältnis nicht konsumiert werden können. Weekly rate 40h: Normal working hours (40 hours/week). SZ = special payments (13th and 14th salary pro rata). UEL = holiday compensation for leave entitlements that cannot be taken in a fixed-term employment relationship.
Tagesgage Einzeltag: Ein Viertel der Wochengage, sofern nur ein Tag in einer Woche gearbeitet wird. Eine stundenweise Entlohnung ist nicht zulässig. Daily rate single day: One quarter of the weekly rate, if only one day is worked in a week. Hourly payment is not permitted.
Tagesgage Folgetag: Ein Fünftel der Wochengage bei zwei oder mehr Drehtagen in einer Woche. Daily rate following day: One fifth of the weekly rate for two or more shooting days in a week.
Monatsgage: Gilt für unbefristete Dienstverhältnisse, in den ersten zwei Dienstjahren gestaffelt reduziert. Ab dem 3. Berufsjahr gilt der volle Betrag. Monthly salary: Applies to permanent employment relationships, staggered reduction in the first two years of service. The full amount applies from the 3rd professional year.
Hinweis zu Honoraren bei Rechnungslegung: Bei selbständiger Tätigkeit sind von den Brutto-Beträgen noch folgende Abgaben zu leisten: 26,83% gewerbliche Sozialversicherung, eventuell zusätzliche Versicherungen (Haftpflicht, Betriebsausfall), Kammerumlage, Selbstständigenvorsorge u.a. Die hier angeführten Richtwerte simulieren eine für Arbeitgeber kostenneutrale Alternative zwischen Anstellung und Arbeit auf Rechnungsbasis. Note on invoiced fees: For self-employed work, the following must still be paid from the gross amounts: 26.83% commercial social insurance, possibly additional insurances (liability, business interruption), chamber levy, self-employed provision, etc. The guidelines shown here simulate a cost-neutral alternative for employers between employment and invoice-based work.
